The primary objective of the capacity building meeting was to equip members of the Thozhi Federation with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance organizational development and to advocate for a violence-free working environment with all legal rights for women workers in the unorganised sector. This facilitated networking and the exchange of ideas among members from different districts and industries. The capacity building meeting was a significant step forward in empowering the members of Thozhi Federation. It provided them with the necessary tools and knowledge to advocate for better working conditions and to drive positive changes in their communities.
